The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in November 16, 2005 in the French Strasbourg signed the 2005/69/EC instruction, and released in December 19, 2005. Its main content is:

1, IP346 method, DMSO (two methyl sulfoxide) extraction (PCA < 3% total)
10ppm 2, 8 kinds of toxic PAHs gross <
3, benzo pyrene < 1pp
